2 large handful mixed baby greens
1/4 - 1/2 apple chopped
1 handful almonds
1/4 - 1/2 avocado cut into chunks
1 or so tablespoon maple syrup
2 spoonfuls stone ground mustard
1 splash water
2 capfuls white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
mix maple syrup, mustard, water, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl and adjust to taste
wash and cut apple, put in a bowl with greens, almonds, and avocado
top with dressing
serve!
